Operational Review
Review the operations of Her Majesty’s Theatre - Ballarat and the most effective and efficient integration of Council's team, operations and service delivery across the linked venues of the Civic Hall and the Ballarat Mining Exchange.
Analyse and benchmark the current operational model, structure, systems, utilisation, programming, mix of business and financial model, and propose recommendations for future operations designed to ensure the long-term sustainability of the venues and their service. Ensure that future operations are best-practice, effective and are resourced appropriately tomeet the service need. Maximise opportunities for the delivery of performing arts services by the City of Ballarat. 2023-24

Consultation and development of new five year Strategic and Business Plan for Meeniyan Art Gallery INC. Review, develop and refine the guiding values, aims, aspirations and desired future outcomes of the organisation. Incorporate a three-year forward Business Plan detailing projected revenues and expenses based on the operational model, opportunities and strategies as identified in the Strategic Plan. 2024

Business Case for night-time cultural activation
Light Up Nature into Art.
Managing the development of a multi-tiered business case investigating the feasibility and viability of new night-time immersive light and sensory experiences. Aiming to improve the sustainability of the region’s visitor economy; leverage and enhance existing daytime only sites, and celebrate the unique natural, cultural and social environment of the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges. The Business Case was developed in partnership with key statutory authorities, community and First Nations stakeholders to investigate options, viability, effectiveness and the economic sustainability of the project. 2022-2023

South Gippsland Shire Council – ARTCubes – Management Plan
The ArtCubes build on Council’s ‘distributed, non-centralised arts-centre model’. They provide the flexible, inclusive, collaborative and responsive spaces for creatives to experiment and play with concepts in a low-risk, high-impact space for artists and organisations, with opportunities for community creativity, activation and engagement.
The Management Plan was developed to maximise the opportunities that enable creative cultural development outcomes from the ArtCubes. The plan enables the long-term sustainability and vitality of the ArtCubes program, and ensures that safe and equitable processes and practices are put in place for the utilisation of these Council assets. It provides clear guidance for SGS Council and community on activating the ArtCubes: from physical logistics and process to program development, community engagement and risk management. 2023

Berninneit incorporates a new Library with purpose built performing arts theatre, gallery, civic spaces, community meeting spaces, flexible rehearsal spaces, a cultural making hub, hospitality and more. Functional utilisation, governance, management structure, financial and budget forecasts, audiences and programming, human resource structure, asset planning.
